Independent Lifter Program
The objective of this program is to teach individuals with little to no training experience to become self-sufficient, with the skill to train without the need for in person coaching.
This program consists of 3 months of 1-on-1 personal coaching that transitions to online training ($2,999 for 3 months).
Phase 1 (4 weeks): Barbell basics, proper technique, and progressive weight training.
Phase 2 (4 weeks): Accessory movements and principles of aerobic conditioning.
Phase 3 (4 weeks): Introduction to supersets.
Phase 4: (4 weeks) This is where we combine every aspect of the previous 3 phases and transition to online training.
Aerobic Conditioning Programs
Aerobic conditioning programs integrate aerobic conditioning with your current strength program or as standalone training using
Concept 2 Rower, Concept 2 rower, Ski Erg, Bike Erg, treadmill and Air Bike.
Online Training Programs
Train anywhere, anytime. Fit workouts into your schedule. Tailored plans based on your goals and fitness level. Affordable compared to in-person coaching. Progress tracking and support through my free App.
Online Training with coaching $100/month (weekly calls + video analysis). $75/month for customized plans without Coaching. $40/month for standard programs.
Customized Aerobic Conditioning Programs: $100/month.
